3. ADEA Act
4. Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973
5. ADA Act of 1990
6. Civil Rights Acts of 1991 among many others.
We also have the roles of government, employer, employees in providing equal employment opportunities;
Government roles like EEOC and OFCCP,
Employer roles like Disparate treatment, disparate impact, providing reasonable accommodations and preventing sexual harassment.
Employees roles like rights to know laws and having the responsibility to report hazardous conditions.
