Suppose you think strategic alliance is most constructive as "they are able to gain wealth through multiple partnerships." Here is my question, how constructive would similar approach be if you found out six years into your alliance that two of your partners were practicing unethical procedures? Another question, though strategic alliance has its place in effective expansion of global organizations, how would you say such approach affects viability of knowledge management, particularly when entering the emerging market which needs substantial infrastructure renovation or creation?
