As a team, discuss the article and current challenges in health care leadership.
Brainstorm how complexity leadership strategies may be leveraged to resolve one or more of these challenges by "Achieving the triple Aim"
Select one or two health care leadership challenges and map which leadership functions (operational, entrepreneurial, and enabling) can be used to address them.
Create a 3-slide voice-over presentation using either Microsoft PowerPoint or websites such as Google Slides, Adobe Slate, or Prezi. The presentation will share your team's proposed path to the solution using the leadership functions identified by Uhl-Bien and Arena.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
