How company ought to embody moral virtues

Problem: Some people will advocate for being morally virtuous in your personal life, but that such virtues are only a hindrance in the business world. For instance, if you never deceive others, your negotiations will never be as successful. And if you are too generous, the company's bottom line profits will be less than they could have been. Therefore, some people will say that virtues such as honesty, generosity, loyalty, cooperativeness, compassion have no place in a business setting.

Question: Is there an argument against this view? Address whether it is true that a company ruled in keeping with moral virtues will be less profitable. Then, even if such a company earns less money, is it possible to argue that the company ought to embody moral virtues anyway?
