Select a company that we are all familiar with. DO NOT select Walmart, Southwest Airlines, the Police, or the Military. Your choice must be a company (other than Walmart and SW), not a government entity. Research this company using at least (3) outside scholarly articles. Do not use a website as a reference. Your reference source must have an author. Discuss six selected topics from our studies throughout weeks five and six (chapters 9 - 12). Discuss these six topics in relation to your company and also incorporate the issue of managerial economics within your company and how the economic situation of today influences the strategic decisions your company is making. For example,
1. How your company attains balance between culture, rewards, and boundaries.
2. Your company's organizational structure and why they have the structure they have.
3. Innovation activities are often aimed at making a discovery or commercializing a technology ahead of the competition. What are some of the unethical practices that companies could engage in during the innovation process?
4. How is the company's entrepreneurial orientation reflected in its strategy?
5. Which company's would you say has the stronger entrepreneurial orientation?
6. Is the company's with the stronger entrepreneurial orientation also stronger in terms of financial performance?
Give examples using the terms and concepts in your textbook and your research articles.
