Discussion Post: Cloud computing security and encryption
As the Cloud becomes more popular, many different companies and organizations are moving their data to cloud technology. Cloud computing security is a significant concern topic for both customers and Cloud service providers. In this research, I'll talk about the "Cloud computing security and encryption" in how a Cloud service provider secures and encrypt the transmit data from on-premise data to Cloud storage. In other words, from the first step of data transmission from the customer side to the endpoint in the cloud side, including the used cloud service and encryption algorithms, encrypted data, the process of encryption and the decryption, and the role of vendor SaaS security.
