Discussion Post: Organizational Development- Windshield Survey
You have been working in your place of employment for a little while.
a) How closely do you believe you have noticed the details of your environment and surroundings?
b) With pen and paper or your phone in hand to take pictures, take a few minutes during a break at work, and take a leisurely area you usually traverse to get to your desk/office. Look at the walls, ceilings, floors, furnishings, and so forth. What had you not noticed previous to this exercise?
c) Did you find any surprises?
d) Offer a short statement of at least three discoveries?
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
