Read the article "Coaching Models for Leadership Development: An Integrative Review." Using the five key elements of coaching models, describe what element you think will be most effective when working with organizational clients. Describe how this element might contribute to their overall flourishing within an organization. What element would be least effective in an organization? Explain why. After reading the GCU Statement on the Integration of Faith and Work, GCU believes:
