In Baslwick et al. we read about a theology of family relationships based on differentiation of self as well as the relationship principles of covenant, grace, empowerment, and intimacy. (i) how Christian relationship principles support the cognitive, emotional, emergence of the self in the early years, (ii) what might happen if these relationship qualities are absent from the family, and (iii) extending this understanding to God, how these relationship characteristics reflect the image of God as described in Genesis chapter 1:26-28?
