Discussion Post: To Understand Low Paying Salaries & Advocate for Higher Paying Salaries in the Field of Social Work
Identify Problems with Perception of Social Workers:
a) Discuss how the challenge of public perception of Social Work impacts our practice.
b) Review literature of SW profession retention, labor statistics, areas of need and provide your findings
c) Report on at least one direct response from a supervisor or other social work professionals about their perspective on perception issues and problems it creates.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
