Approaching Risk at the PMO Level Assignment
As a member of your organization's PMO, it's important to recognize that you deal with risk in a much different way than a project manager who works for you. At the PMO level, how can you mitigate risk? Are there risks that you know will occur but choose not to address? Are there common risks that you learn to anticipate?
