I. Evaluate the change in the role of IT at IVK, in the past 1 year! What is the role, position, and value creation opportunity of IT, and what are the expectations towards it?
II. Analyse the risk-taking opportunities of IVK! Compare and include into the previously used frameworks! What is the relationship of risk models (first movers vs. fast or slow followers, etc.) towards the existing IT strategy, IT portfolio, business-IT strategic alignment issues?
