Write a blog entry on facilitating change;
Consider a circumstance you are currently dealing with (or may soon be dealing with) with which you would like some help in making change. The situation may be a task you want to accomplish that is dependent on others, a change in how you and the other staff complete a process in the organisation to improve performance.
Make sure to consider a scenario that requires the involvement of other people for you to succeed. Consider the specific things you can do to empower the other people to help you. How can you help them do what they want to do, while simultaneously having them do what you want them to do?
