Discuss the following:
a. External environment: threats and opportunities in your career and job market you seek
b. Internal environment: your strengths and weaknesses
c. How can you capture the identified opportunities and mitigate the identified threats, using your strengths?
d. What is your plan to mitigate your weaknesses over the long run?
