Problem
I have a project to boost a bank's return on assets in Japan with a sustainability goal, so my plan is to develop a child care plan (to boost the population in Japan). My idea is to make it easier for people who have children or families that want to have children to get a loan for child care (daily necessities, etc.) with a long-term payment (10 years?). But what I'm asking is, "How can we make sure that the client pays their long-term loans?" Are there any strategies? And how can I increase the ROA of the bank by doing this?
