C. How can the nurse address these psychosocial needs? The patient will need to have a support system, if family is not available then I can bring in a social worker to evaluate the patient 's needs to make the necessary home care and follow up 's the patient may need.
D. What educational PRIORITIES will be needed to develop a teaching plan for this patient and/or family?
E. What can I do to engage myself with this patient's experience, and show that he matters to me as a person? Encourage children to cherish their health by providing them with information and assistance. Assist them in becoming compliant, improving adherence, and adhering to the treatment plan.
