We have all taken a survey at one time or another--some very simple, others more complex and in a variety of formats as you mentioned. You also mentioned that the results are tabulated and filtered by using cross-tabulation in order to be able to draw conclusions. As you look closer at your article, did they talk about validity and reliability? How can that impact research results?
