Explain each in detail, how they contrast with one another, how they can also co-exist with one another. How can racial inequality be understood as "non-existent," while people simultaneously discuss taking advantage of it? How do these perspectives serve to perpetuate racial inequality? What can be done to untangle, clarify, and remedy these competing and peculiar perspectives?
