Aircraft Systems
The following is a list of the Most Common Systems on a Transport Category Aircraft.
Choose one of these systems, not already chosen by a classmate, and discuss at least one of the following issues concerning the system. Please put the system and number at the top of your post (i.e., #11 Fire Extinguishing Systems). Your posts should be at least one or more paragraphs in length, grammatically correct, and free of spelling errors.
• How can pilots or managers make good decisions about this system to avoid risk?
• What types of problems in this system should be anticipated by pilots and managers?
• How should pilots and managers handle emergencies involving this system?
Read the responses from your classmates. Respond to at least two of your peers' postings from a manager's viewpoint. Remember, the more managers understand about systems, the more effective they can be in promoting efficiency and safety.
