Question: What is a good response to this post?
I appreciate the post this week Chris and as you will find out I like to ask questions, post videos, and provide resources as part of my responses. Since the law enforcement aspect is a bureaucratic type of system, how can officers or even middle managers stay motivated since most of the motivation comes from within? How would you motivate your employees?
