In a global corporation, it is common for managers and leaders to have cross-cultural direct reports. In a 3 to 4 pages, address the following:
• Describe cultural intelligence (CQ) and why it is important for leaders to have CQ in addition to EQ.
• How can leaders increase their own cultural intelligence?
• What are the added considerations leaders must have for coaching someone that is not of the same culture?
