1) What is media literacy and why is it important for individuals to be media literate? How can both kids and adults benefit from media literacy?
2) Do you believe a standardized media literacy curriculum should be required in all K-12 schools? Why or why not? Research what, if any, current bills or laws exist in your state of residence that deal specifically with media literacy curriculum in the classroom. Describe what you found and make an argument for what should be done moving forward.
