Part 1
Provide an example of a current business process (either in your organization or through research) that does not currently use an information system. How can an information system be used to improve this process? Try to find a specific example of such an information system. (1 page)
Part 2
Do some independent research on Nicholas Carr (the author of "IT Doesn't Matter") and explain his current position on the ability of IT to provide competitive advantage. Do you agree or disagree with Carr's position? Support your stance with credible research.
