Issues with evidence that was collected at crime scenes can occur during trial if consent forms or search warrants were not completed during the investigation. Additionally, if there are problems with expert witness testimony the judge can prevent the witness from testifying. Discuss one of the following and how they can affect trials: consent forms, search warrants, Frye, Daubert, and Kumho Tire.
