Read- not all nurses are on-board with changing practice or incorporating new interventions. Some managers have difficulty motivating their staff nurses to attend informative sessions, read and consider evidence-based findings, as well as participate in other organization offerings. How can a leader or manager motivate staff nurses? What are some specific interventions that could be helpful?
