Proposal and annotated bibliography
Proposal should:
Define the topic that you are interested researching
Relate the topic to a central issue or key concept in the chosen topic area
Identify and engage with two principal sources
present a cogent research question that you want to answer.
Formulate a tentative hypothesis, or working thesis statement.
The annotated bibliography should be in APA style. Each annotation should appear directly beneath the relevant source. It should contain 3-5 sentence summary of the main argument of the source and a discussion of how the source is relevant to the project. Bibliography should include primarily scholarly books and peer-reviewed journal articles.
