Digital media has taken over business communication in many different ways. People seem more likely to engage in digital media communication than face-to-face communication in business these days.
In a paper, answer the following: What forms of digital communication are used in businesses today? How are these forms of digital communication effectively used? How are these forms of digital communication being misused? What are the benefits and drawbacks of digital communication in business? What has changed in the demographics of organizations that has really helped to push digital communication forward as a main form of communication
Keep in mind this is academic writing. It should be written in third person and should not include unsubstantiated opinions, but rather facts and theories.
