Constitution issue

1. Name a political and Constitutional issue, such as but not limited to, smoking in public spaces, or using money that may go to assisting elderly toward health care but instead sending it for banking companies (but remember - you may choose your own issue, except for underage drinking laws and laws about the use of marihuana). How are interest groups and the media involved? What might be a compromise that both sides can live with? What factors are enhanced because of the media, the president and the bureaucracy, and the legislators? The one topic you cannot do - the legalization of marijuana - it is overdone already. What is your opinion and why do you believe this way?
