A quality management plan should be created during the planning phase. In this question, we are not going to make a full quality management plan, but we are going to focus on some essential items that would be considered in making the Quality Management Plan. We will use some of the tools and techniques from Plan Quality Management such as expert judgment, data gathering, and meetings.
As the project team for the HSN Hardware Upgrade Project, list the five main items features, and functions that you have prioritized regarding quality. Include:
