You must say what you will measure, when, and how, to enable you do after the completion project evaluation report. Who will do the evaluation after you finish the project?. How will you learn from project successes and mistakes? Note that you should cover the triangle of costs, times, and specifications. That is where costs over or under and why? What times were under or over and why? Were specifications were met or not and why? What was fun and what was not, etc?
