However, the aspect of culture is critical to understanding the manner in which people operate in organizations. In your posting, please discuss the following:

Read this article on Virtual Teamwork competencies from a 2016 article in the Human Performance journal and in your post reflect on one competency the authors cover that you believe is essential based on your own experiences working virtually. Remember that you don't have to be working across borders; you can conduct virtual teamwork in the same office building.
