It is a known fact Covid-19 had a significant impact on Air Asia operation process since aviation industry is being prohibited and halted. Based from our group findings, we realized that Air Asia had laid off a lot of workers and reduced their staff compensation package. In your opinion, would you elaborate how all of this actually contribute to the survival of Air Asia throughout the pandemic?
