• Summarize five key talking points that would become your rationale and argument regarding why the U.S. health care delivery model must transform into a health care delivery system which creates value. Be sure to define health care value. (Consider for a moment that you are a health care panel and as a recent graduate you are being asked to provide a sound factually based response.) Be sure to provide references.
• Discuss four items in the ACA that serve to improve quality in health care.
• Is health care a commodity or a social good? Discuss how the Affordable Care Act supports either version of your view of health care as a commodity or a social good.
