1) For each program: when was it implemented? Was it done by legislation or by executive order?
2) For each program: was this a significant program? If so, why? Do you think this program was primarily aimed at financial reform, economic stimulus, environmental concerns or arts and cultural development?
3) Why do think the architects of the New Deal would implement programs like the Federal Writers Project?
4) How about the National Labor Relations Act or the Wagner Act?
