As Connie was walking by the Janis Bake Shop, she saw a plate of warm chocolate chip cookies on a counter next to an open and screen-less window in the shop. Connie could not resist the smell, and before she knew it, she had reached through a window and grabbed a cookie. The owner saw her and while she yelled "Stop thief!" she called the police. At Janis's urging, the police arrest Connie for 3rd-degree burglary.
