Problem
Challenges to healthcare organizations are several. One of them is the Electronic presence of the organization in society, and within the organization itself as Altuwaijri, M (2008) mentions the benefits of Electronic implementation within the health organization, it helps in the ease of information flow within the organization making standards of procedures clear and concise.
Another challenge is the Quality Management and patient's safety in the healthcare organization. According to Alahmadi, H. A. (2010), healthcare organizations in Saudi are striving for better patient outcomes and minimizing medical errors, which needs better leadership and less blame to be pointed towards healthcare professionals. Finally, the development and training of Saudi healthcare professionals is a challenge within the healthcare organization. Organizations spend money, time, and effort in increasing the quality of care delivery, achieved through the development and education of individuals in healthcare.
Organizational theories help explain and provide solutions to these challenges. Social perception helps the public form an idea or "perception" of the organization, and with the implementation of Electronic methods within the organization the public will perceive and touch the effect of this electronic application to help ease all related organization processes.
Employee selection is another organization theory that has methods of employee development and training if at the beginning of the hiring process the employees were selected according to qualities desired, it will be a long-lasting investment for the organization.
