"Test bias occurs when provable and systematic differences in the results of students taking the test are discernible based on group membership, such as gender, socioeconomic standing, race, or ethnic group" (Myers, 2014, p. 5).

Discuss one of the following kinds of test bias. Include in your discussion how a determination can be made regarding whether a test is being used in a fair and equitable manner.
