Midterm Paper: Write an 8-10-page paper on how a contemporary company motivates employees to support the development of an effective and competitive organization. Apple is an interesting company I want to write about but I am open to any compny provided though.
The paper should include:
· Identification of a company that utilizes effective motivational practices
· Description of the motivational practices
· Thorough analysis of the practices (pros, cons, dependencies, special international considerations, etc.)
· An explanation of how the motivational practices supports the development of an effective and competitive organization
· Integration of course concepts for individual and group behavior, motivation, etc. This material is contained in chapters 1-9 of the text.
