House chilled water is available for cooling coming from

The project is to design a mixing vessel that mixes two liquids described below and cool them down from a high temperature to a lower one. I am unsure about how to go about it, we were told to assume the size of the vessel when calculating.

-House chilled water is available for cooling coming from 6-in dia. chilled water line carrying chilled water at approximate constant 40 degree F temperature. Chilled water pressure in the 6-inch line is 110psig.Chilled water flows through the 6-inch line at 270 gpm.
-Vessel is to completely mix both A and B solutions prior to discharge.
Resulting mixture is to be cooled to 80 degree F +/-5 degrees prior to exiting the vessel in a single stream.
-Solution A- has a 10 gpm +/- flow rate from a 1-in dia. Pipe with temperature 150 deg F +/- 5 degree. Line pressure 20 psig.
-Solution B- has a 10 gpm +/- flow rate from a 1-in dia. Pipe with temperature 150 deg F +/- 5 degree. Line pressure 20 psig.

Calculate the over all heat transfer coefficient. Show the calculations in typed form.
