1. The container and the cart does not need to fill to the full capacity in the simulation model because the variation of number of pieces of each tool set. In the actual process, the instructor saw containers with 320 - 380 pieces are considered as full containers and carts with 640 - 720 pieces are considered as full carts.
Students may follow the same logic to program your model (each student may set up his/her own limits differently).
