In his position as safety inspector at the nuclear power plant, he is often back and forth between Indiana and Illinois. He is offering his services to you as a consultant. You ask him to come to an emergency meeting, which he must leave work immediately to attend.
Since he is in a huge rush, he drops a plutonium rod he is working with into the back of his shirt. He comes barreling down the highway toward your place of business, and skids to a stop at your front door. The plutonium rod launches out of the back of his shirt and into his car engine.
