Overview
Many companies' manufactures cement and ABC Pvt ltd is one of them. Each organization follows different manufacturing as well as purchasing methodologies and in this discussion the purchasing process of ABC Pvt ltd will be discussed. Purchasing process analysis was planned to be conducted for the specified company as it requires some kind of improvements in its existing methodologies. During an evaluation process, certain loopholes came up that was affecting the outcomes of the business(Knutsson, & Thomasson, 2014). A team was created who would identify those issues in the process so that they could be addressed and rectified accordingly. Before identifying the issue, there is a need to understand the process been followed in the company.
