Prepare a brief memo that the HR manager would prepare.

You are hoping however to bring "employees" in as independent contractors rather than as employees. Describe the benefits a company might have with independent contractors as opposed to employees.

Question 3. You are a concert promoter and have entered into a contract with a very popular band to do the music at a New Year's Eve gala. Just today, December 17, the band's leader has advised you that the band will be unable to make the New Year's Eve engagement. You are devastated, as the concert is sold out. Describe in detail the remedy you will seek immediately. What will you have to prove? Explain also in detail what claims you will make and what remedies you will seek if the band does not show on New Year's Eve.

Question 4. Explain why DNA evidence, blood types, and fabric evidence can be introduced at a criminal trial, while polygraph test results cannot.
