A block of mass ‘m’ is pushed against the horizontal spring of force constant ‘k’ on a frictionless table. The spring is joined to the table and the mass is not joined to the spring. The spring is compressed adequate to store ‘U’ joules of energy in it and free from rest. Given [m, U, k] Find out:
