Here is the problem which I am struggling on, please help me!

Problem: High speed stroboscopic photographs show that the head of a golf club of mass 200g is traveling at 55.1 m/s just before it strikes a 46. g golf ball at rest on a tee. after the collision, the club head travel (in the same direction) at 40m/s. find the speed of the golf ball just after the impact.

Part A- Find the magnitude of the average force between the club and the ball during the collision if said collision is found to occur over a time period of 0.025s.

I need tutor help to solve the above question.
