High reciprocating, is a judicial system in which inmates are left alone upon completion of their term to go back to the society without a plan on how they will be helped to fit back into the society, this results to many inmates going to the position that lead them to commit crime in the first place.
Most released inmates therefore end up committing the same crime that caused their imprisonment in the first as the judicial system has failed to prepare them to go back to the society as useful and productive individuals.
Prisons have hired psychologists to help prepare their inmates into better productive individuals before handing them over into the society through rehabilitation process; psychologist offers counseling to these inmates instilling in them the hope of a new life free from crime, these individuals then goes back to the society changed and ready to contribute to nation building
