Write a report outlining the following:
1. Case Introduction
2. Outline the Trade Practice: Act/Australian Competition and Competition and Consumer Act have been breached
3. Discuss and critically ANALYSE the court/tribunal decision and the reason for the decision
Video Presentation- 5 minute video presentation for each case
The presentation- email video or provide in USB - ensure you provide information of the speaker presentation
Maximum word limit for paper 2,000 words
Proper referencing in accordance with school regulations (HARVARD)
