GROUP ASSIGNMENT - VIDEO PRESENTATION AND PAPER
Students are to group themselves to a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 students per group
Research on two recent Australian cases (not more than 10 years old) involving consumer protection laws.
Write a report outlining the following:
1. Case introduction
2. Outline the Trade Practices Act / Australian Competition and Consumer Act have been breached and explain why they were breached
3. Discuss and critically ANALYSE the court/tribunal decision and the reason for the decision
Video Presentation - 5 minute video presentation for each case - we expect each student member to participate in the presentation - email video or provide in USB - ensure you provide information of the speakers in the video presentation
Maximum word limit for paper - 2,000 words
