Task:
Find a "real world" healthcare human resource management challenge or process through literature, news reports or your personal experiences. Personal experience is preferred. The paper will include brief background on the organization and setting, a description of the challenge, and what has happened thus far. You will delineate solutions from the position of being an HR consultant for the organization.
