John is an ombudsman working for a state governmental agency. He is interested to assess whether the conflict resolution services offered by his ombuds office have been considered as helpful and/or effective for stakeholders within and outside his agency. He would like to design and conduct a survey study with a sample of relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Help John with his survey design by developing four possible survey questions – using the rating scale format – he might include in his survey. Each question needs to reflect one of the four measurement levels (i.e., nominal, ordinal, interval, and ratio).
